Head of Customer Success
Hayley began her X-Lab journey in 2015 when she undertook a placement year as part of her Information Technology degree at the University of Leeds. After spending a year as a Business Analyst, Hayley finished her final year at university and returned to X-Lab to take on and develop her role of Business Analyst as a graduate in 2017. With a year’s experience behind her, Hayley has quickly learnt, developed and pushed the limits of the Business Development team.
Rose joined X-Lab at the end of her undergraduate English Literature degree at Leeds in 2018 as a summer intern. She undertook the role of PR and Communications Officer for three months full-time and continued to work part-time in the job throughout her English Literature Master’s degree. When she finished her MA, Rose returned to X-Lab full-time as X-Lab’s Business Development Lead. X-Lab has a long history of employing students in part-time roles to help them gain experience, knowledge and skills upon which they can build a career and, in return, students bring a freshness, creativity and interdisciplinary outlook to the business.
Andy began his career as a Geophysicist in the engineering and oil sectors. He moved into health-related IT work as a Systems Architect in both the NHS and health research sectors, predominantly focusing on the development of systems at a national level. He worked as IS Services Director at UK Biobank and then Data Standards Architect in the National Institute for Health Research. In 2014, Andy graduated with a Distinction in MSc Health Informatics from the University of Leeds. Andy now leads X-Lab’s software development team and other technical aspects of the business.
